One hundred years ago, there was a cataclysmic event that changed the whole Earth. Scientists have never been able to figure out what exactly happened, but the human race suddenly started dying off. One day, several years after the catastrophe, two people met by chance and changed everything. By happenstance, they saved the world simply by being compatible. Weird, right? To those just discovering it, it was. For the rest of us, not so much. It’s the only life we know, and we can’t wait to meet our other half...after all, our very existence depends on it.
